Latta Rotary Interact

Rotary
Interact is a service club for youth ages 14-18. Clubs
benefit from sponsorship by Ada Sunrise Rotary Club,
which provide support and guidance. Interact?s global
youth network is dedicated to community and
international service. Every Interact club project,
great or small, has a lasting impact on society
worldwide.
Latta Young Democrats

Mission:
To provide an important link between students as young
citizens and their elected officials ? getting to know
and being known by elected officials opens doors to
students in education, political and social recognition,
applications for scholarships and appointments, and
provides an excellent opportunity for officials to seek
input and opinions on issues important to young people
today.
National Honor Society

As a service organization, NHS?s purpose is to improve
the school and community around us. We do not
exist in order to be recognized for our own benefit; we
exist in order to serve others and to maintain the high
standards of Latta School. Our organization is
centered on the principles of scholarship, service,
leadership, and character.
Skills USA
Sponsor: Nathan Dial
Mission:
To prepare individuals for initial employment in their
field of choice. It will provide a broad range of
information to give the individual the confidence he
needs to start his profession. Students who enroll in a
Skills USA course should have the desire to learn. In
addition, they will take pride in their work. Further,
Skills USA programs will
help ensure that students have a good
workplace attitude to maintain their job.
