Latta Public School is honored to announce their Retiree, Mrs. Kim Cupps Mrs. Kim Cupps is retiring from Latta Public Schools after fifteen years of service in public education.  Mrs. Cupps is an East Central University graduate where where she earned a Bachelor’s of Business Education degree and a Masters of School Counseling degree.   This is Cupps thirteenth year at Latta Public Schools where she teaches Family and Consumer Science Education.  Before teaching at Latta, she was at Varnum High School.  At Varnum, she taught business education.    She is married to Tony Cupps, a self-employed building contractor. . . .
