S.T.E.M lab teacher Mr. Burch took 4th Graders Kamden Brown, Breckyn Lee, Maddux Bills, Malakai Faulkner, Olivia Weaver, Xoie Jones, Abbie Bennett and Jaycie Frair to compete in the Thunder Math Hoops mini tournament. Kamden Brown and Breckyn Lee's won 1st out of 20 groups💙🏀🧡🥇➗➖➕✖️







Homecoming Spirit Week - January 27-31st

Culinary Basics students have completed Chicken Week! Students learned how cut a whole bird into its eight pieces and fry it. They also saved the backbones to make stock later in semester. In addition, students spent time researching the most cost effective way to purchase chicken.








The Latta Middle School Academic Bowl Team is preparing for the regional academic bowl! They played Calera and Robin Hill.

Congrats to Calaya Oliphant for placing 1st at the Elks District Hoop Shoot Contest! She made 21/25 free throws to win. She will compete in the State Contest at Dale in February.

Congratulations to Taos Heck. Southeast Regional Jr. Livestock Show Grand Champion heifer!

Congratulations to our HS Academic Team! They are the Area II Champions and will compete in the State Tournament on Saturday, February 1st! Way to go Panthers!!!
