💚🧠May is Mental Health Awareness month, and we invite ALL community members to celebrate it with Latta Public Schools the week of May 13th by wearing green that day. To support this cause, you can purchase this year’s tshirt for $20 and wear it on May 13th. To promote awareness, we are bringing in guest speakers, and have various activities planned for each site level at the school. Please help us spread the word to anyone in the community that might want to purchase a t shirt. We hope everyone will celebrate Mental Health Awareness week with us. Together we can show others that we see them, love them, and are here for them! 🧠💚
*All tshirt orders are due Tuesday, April 30th! They will be delivered in time to wear them on May 13th.

Latta Boys Golf finished 1st today at Lincoln Park. Rhett Gray 4th individually and Parker Pogue 1st place finish Individually.

The Latta Lady Panthers are Regional Champions! They played on Tuesday beating Henrietta 9-3 then beating Oktaha 27-23. They will play in the STATE Championship at the HOF on Tuesday.
We would like to congratulate Holden Lee, Karlee West and Bentley Hill on entrance into the Oklahoma Council for Indian Education Honor Society.

💚🧠Mental Health Awareness Day🧠💚on May 13th. T-shirts are being sold to help promote awareness. Orders are due Tuesday 4/30 and will be delivered on 5/10. Students are encouraged to wear them to school on May 13th!

Latta FFA had a great showing at the Regional FFA Speech contest. Jocelyn James placed 1st in Ag Policy and Extemp, Beau Griffin placed 1st in Agriscience, Eric Kerr place 2nd in Plant Science and Caton Cooley placed 2nd in Natural Resources. They will compete in the SE Area Contest on Monday. We had several others compete.
Cole McElroy was awarded the Outstanding Economics Student of the Year by the Federal Reserve Bank Association.
