You're formally invited to our annual Harvest Carnival! There will be food, games, a country store, a silent auction, and we can't forget about the coronation ceremony! Please come join us for a night of fun! The country kitchen will begin serving food at 5:00, but the games, store, and silent auction will not begin until 6:00.

Today, our High School Panthers welcomed Dr. Brandon Postoak and Rebecca Postoak with the Youth Medical Mentorship Program, as well as David Morriss with Air Evac! Students were able to watch a helicopter land, as well as explore the copter under the watchful eyes of the talented pilots and technicians! Students were also able to learn more about the program! Thank you to everyone who helped make today a fun and engaging experience for our kids!!

Dear Parents, Today, around 11:20 a.m., an Air Evac helicopter will be landing at the school as part of our Youth Medical Mentorship Program. This is a planned educational demonstration and is not related to an emergency. We wanted to make you aware in advance so there are no concerns when the helicopter arrives. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at school today to find our playground fence down! Thankfully, we had some pretty amazing Panthers come to the rescue! 🖤💛 Mrs. Collins and Mr. Bryant would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to Coach Burch and four young men: Alex Daniel, Brett Drury, Jacoby Impson, and Brazos Heck, for stepping up and helping us get our fence back up! While we are incredibly grateful for their hard work, what means even more is the example they set for our little Panthers. Our students got to see these young men working hard, lending a helping hand, and taking pride in their school. One of the things we love most about Latta is that we have SO many wonderful older students who are always willing to step up when needed. We are incredibly fortunate to have a school full of young people who lead by example, and we know we can always count on our big Panthers! Our little Panthers look up to our big Panthers, and today, they had some pretty incredible role models to look up to!
